Full Tender Management
A service to assist in setting up the procedures for moving to self operation of the school's catering service. It offers help with setting up suppliers, TUPE regulations and how they impact on the move, writing job descriptions, assisting with drawing up staff contracts and any relevant assistance particular to your school's specific needs.
Training Services
Tender Management ( assistance only )
This is a service for clients that recognise that they need assistance with the tendering process but are willing and capable of undertaking part of the work. Typically we provide this service in three days and thus the cost is much lower to our clients than our full tender management.
Nutritional Standards Monitoring
With the introduction of nutritional standards in the Spring of this year, it is now the responsibility of the School's governing body to monitor the adherence of it's catering service provider to these standards. Our monitoring service is now included in our full Quality Audit but can be offered separately.
Benchmarking
However your catering is provided at present, the school now has a duty to assess on a regular basis whether or not is receiving best value from it's present arrangements. Our bench marking service can confirm that you really do need to go to the market to tender the service but in many cases it can endorse that there is no real need to change as you are receiving a fair deal from your present arrangements
