To spend two days at the School per term to watch the services, deal with any problems that may have occurred and to review any planned changes for the future. |

To advise on all matters relating to Health & Safety and Hygiene in the Catering Department. |

To assist in preparing a catering budget in line with the School's time requirements. |

To monitor the budget / actual costs termly, and to suggest improvements to the control systems used at present. |

A minimum of one visit per term to meet with the Bursar / Head for a review both operational and financial. |
